Our sweet and tart plum jam consists of only four ingredients, but its taste is 100%. Fresh plums, cane sugar, cloves and cinnamon – this creates what is probably the best plum jam made by Grandma and Grandpa. Of course from controlled organic cultivation and cooked with a lot of love.

How exactly does the magic happen? After carefully cleaning and pitting the plums, we mix them with the sugar and spices and let them steep in their juice for several hours. Then we boil the mixture, puree it and fill the plum jam by hand.

We have big plans with our non-profit organization: We fight loneliness in old age and ensure that people come together and are seen. The pivotal point is our village shop with a farm café, kitchen and many other rooms. It is the place where we cook, bottle and package together with volunteers and senior citizens.

Plum jam – more than just a spread?

In any case! Our organic plum jam tastes wonderfully fruity and sweet on bread or rolls, but it is also suitable for many other dishes.

Cakes and tarts, but also yoghurt and quark, can be refined in this way. And rice pudding, pancakes and porridge also enjoy the extra portion of flavor and creaminess without any pieces.
